All vehicles and equipment from CLW group are guaranteed to be brand new with most advanced technology, perfect workmanship andlatest design under l1S0 9001, 1S0 14001 and other related quality control system.24 hours after-sales service, operation manual book and videos will be offered after truck delivery.
Function Life
The vehicles are expected to be functioning 10-15 years with availability of spare parts by sea or by air and we always suggest the buyers order some spare parts along with special trucks when you place the order with us
Warranty
--The buyers can get a minimum warranty period of 12 months or 25000KM-50000KM, whichever comes first from the arrival date of shipment
--During this period.we will send replacement parts and components to buyers by DHL, UPS,FEDEX or by air and by sea free of charge,easy-wearing spare parts are excluded.
--After warranty time, buyers can get all of spare parts of their truck at factory cost.
--This warranty does not cover any possible damage due to improper operation, accident or misuse or damage due to any unauthorized serices

The buyers can forever enjoy technical support anytime and anywhere, overseas technical training before operation is avallable at buyers cost or our cost.
Daily Maintenance Suggestion
-We strongly suggest you tobuy someUSD/unit, no shipping cost.amount of basic spare parts along with your truck, the cost will be approximately 500 USD-800USD, no shipping cost.
-Replace of Air filter/oil filter/fuel filter: 3000KM-5000KM every time
-Replace of lube oil of axle:5000KM-8000KM every time
-Routine Checking of axle /suspension/tire pressure: every two weeks
-Replace of A/C Refrigerant: every 2-3 years
-Routine checking of all valves: every week

Operation Video and local Training in our factory
We provide a operation video for every single model of our truck free of charge and you can send your staff to our factory for on site operation training. All of local expense including transportation. hotel food all are free of charge until your staff understand how cooperate trucks well.
Overseas After-sale service
We can assign our salesman and engineers to your country for overseas onsite training, the basic cost such as air flight /VISA application /accommodation will be on your accountant or based on negotiation term on the sales contract, no any extra engineering service charge.
